Title: Manager, Supply Chain

Plan, coordinate, monitor and lead all supply chain activities for TG global clinical and commercial products.
––Plan, coordinate, and monitor all logistics activities for domestic and international shipments, including development and/or review of critical shipping documents.
––Support and develop production and supply plans for Briumvi commercial and ublituximab clinical product.
––Monitor and control the timely, efficient and cost-effective management of all TG raw materials, intermediates, samples for testing, clinical and commercial finished goods, including ownership of the Inventory portion of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system requiring accurate and up to date information across the entire global supply chain.
––Inventory Management including reporting, cycle counts, physical inventories, aging reports, and key raw materials. Identify and propose options to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
––Other tasks to be added as person grows and is mentored by TG Subject Matter Experts.
––Travel to CMOs / Suppliers 10-20%, possible international travel
––Experience with and knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements, including import/export customs requirements, FDA requirements, Harmonized Tariff codes, packing lists, Bills of Lading, End Use letters, etc.
––Experience in production planning
––Experience working in a GXP regulatory environment, pharma or biotech preferred
––Proficient operation of various planning and inventory management software including Excel, MS Project/SmartSheets, ERP (e.g. NetSuite)
––Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a team environment
––At least 5-7 years’ experience in supply chain, finance or related field
BS in Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent
