Role
The Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Forecasting and Analytics reports to the Director, MS Commercial Strategic Planning, Analytics and Insights and plays a critical role on the MS Commercial Team in helping shape go to market strategy and launch execution. This individual will be responsible for all global short- and long-term forecast updates for Ublituximab in MS and will partner closely with the Brand and Market Access teams to ensure forecasts integrate performance trends, brand strategies and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
––Deliver quarterly short-term forecast updates in the US and annual long-term forecast updates in the US and EU for Ublituximab in MS
––Partner with Market Research and Analytics teams to ensure the patient journey, treatment landscape, and market opportunities for the brand are incorporated into latest forecast methodology
––Include competitor activity and drivers of performance in forecast updates
––Design performance reporting dashboards to track key drivers of variance vs forecast and communicate findings to senior leadership
––Develop forecast assumptions using TG’s internal data assets, market research and by leveraging publicly available sources
––Prepare senior leadership for earnings calls and investor discussions by clearly articulating key performance drivers and future opportunities
––Work with trade and distribution partners to ensure inventory management assumptions are incorporated into latest forecast estimates
––Provide regular updates to manufacturing partners to ensure appropriate levels of supply are maintained based on latest demand trends
––Lead ad-hoc analytics and forecasting projects to support brand strategy development and launch execution
Professional Experience/Qualifications

––Significant experience in developing quarterly latest estimates based on historical trends
––Ability to gain alignment on key decisions with cross functional partners
––Strong vision of how to build out functional areas within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
––Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn
Experience and Skills
––7+ years of forecasting/data analytics experience in healthcare, biopharma and/or pharma.
––Strong understanding of forecasting and analytical techniques
––Expertise in building dynamic forecast models in Excel
––Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and data (e.g., IMS / Symphony sales, medical and pharmacy claims, patient support HUB data, etc…)
––Experience working with data reporting tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc. and experience using SQL and Python to mine large data sets
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
