Role

A lead Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, assessing, and administering contracts across a broad set of customers within the various channels of Market Access. These channels may include Payers and PBM’s, Specialty Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies, GPO’s along with Federal accounts such as the VA and DOD. This position is responsible for monitoring and administering contracts across the TG Therapeutics portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the preparation of commercial and government contracts, coordination of redlines, and maintenance of contract records

– Manage implementation of contract terms, including customer / vendor master data updates and invoice validation

– Monitor performance metrics included in contracts; Hold customer, and self, accountable to ensure adherence

– Review, process and manage contract customer eligibility

– Maintain customer rosters; Communicate roster and pricing updates to stakeholders within agreed upon timelines

– Research and resolve contract inquiries or issues

– Track, analyze and resolve discrepancies related to contract sales and chargebacks data

– Communicate updates to and remain aligned with Data Team, ensuring company master data is reflective of contracting activities

– Assist with Government Program requirements, including the review of standard government pricing calculations

– Serve as liaison to Accounts Payable on contractual payments and assist in the preparation of remittance detail

– Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Operations, Account Management and Field Teams

– Understand evolving business needs will occur and accept additional responsibilities and assignments when warranted

Professional Experience/Qualifications

5+ bio-pharmaceutical industry experience with 5+ years of contract administration experience

Proficient in excel, including pivot tables and vlookups

Ability to translate data and contract related information into impactful messages and trends; ability to highlight attention areas to Management

Motivated by team environment and personal commitment. Embodies a high level of integrity and exceptional work ethic

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and understanding of how such detail aligns to overall objectives

Ability to prioritize, adapt to and navigate a constantly changing and often ambiguous environment

Ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively in cross-functional teams across the organization; Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
