Role

The Associate Sales Representative field-based personnel will be integral in building and maintaining compliant TG business relationships with customers. This role will have a specified geography and will serve as the primary point of contact for a subgroup of historically  non-targeted MS accounts. The individual will lead a customer focused approach, collaborating with other field roles, that delivers top customer service and differentiates TG, and optimizes the experience for both the patient and the customer.

Key Responsibilities

– Open up new accounts

– Expand reach and/or frequency and/or drop off materials in targeted accounts, where appropriate and as directed

– Develop trusted relationships with customers and accounts that lead to a solid understanding of customer and patient needs

– Develop and maintain disease and product knowledge and educate health care providers on the product profile, within the approved label

– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an optimal customer experience

– Connect accounts to appropriate TG team members ensure prompt customer service and to expand engagement, where applicable

– Educate accounts on TG service offerings through regularly scheduled site visits and through driving attendance to peer-to-peer programming

– Create awareness of TG Patient Support in accounts

– Build a basic understanding of Payer Landscape within assigned geography

– Assist in building/maintaining relationship with advocacy partners by providing support at local advocacy events, MS patients walks, and TG sponsored patient programming

– Service Ambulatory Infusion Centers by dropping off materials, as directed

– Ensure all responsibilities and activities are conducted in compliance with TG’s policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal laws, regulations and guidance, including the PhRMA Code

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Ability to utilize and communicate scientific and clinical data to educate health care providers

Superior communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a highly competitive environment

Strong time management and organizational skills

This position requires travel (50+%); must reside within geography

Education

BS or BA required
