Role

TG Therapeutics is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Payer Policy & Analytics to lead payer policy insights and access analytics in support of our growing portfolio. This role will be responsible for generating a clear, actionable view of the payer landscape and translating coverage and reimbursement dynamics into strategies that optimize patient access.

This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure payer policy insights inform key business decisions, including access strategy, pricing and contracting, and launch planning. The position will report to the Executive Director, Market Access Strategic Planning & Analytics. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of U.S. payer decision-making and thrives in a fast-paced, build-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Payer Policy & Access Insights

  • Lead analysis of payer coverage policies, including formulary positioning, utilization management, and reimbursement dynamics across commercial and government channels
  • Develop a forward-looking view of payer policy trends and identify risks and opportunities impacting access
  • Translate payer policy insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Market Access and Commercial leadership

Access Analytics

  • Monitor coverage, access barriers, and reimbursement trends
  • Establish and track key metrics across payer segments
  • Assess the impact of payer policies on patient access, utilization, and revenue

Pricing & Contracting Support

  • Partner with Pricing & Contracting to inform strategy through data-driven insights and scenario analyses
  • Evaluate how contracting approaches influence payer coverage and access outcomes
  • Support payer engagement and pull-through efforts with relevant analytics

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Brand, and Field Access teams
  • Ensure alignment between payer insights, evidence strategy, and value communication
  • Support field teams with clear, actionable payer insights
  • Contribute to launch readiness, forecasting, and lifecycle planning

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in market access, payer analytics, or healthcare consulting
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payer policy, coverage, and reimbursement dynamics
  • Experience working with payer policy, claims, and formulary data
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights and influence decision-making
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and working with senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Excel required; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
