Role
This position is responsible for administering contracts across a broad set of customers within the various channels of Market Access. These channels may include Payers and PBM’s, Specialty Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies, GPO’s along with Federal accounts such as the VA and DOD. This position is also responsible for monitoring and administering contracts across the TG Therapeutics portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of commercial and government contracts, coordination of redlines, and maintenance of contract records
- Manage implementation of contract terms, including customer / vendor master data updates
- Perform validation of payer and distributor invoices, including adjudication and validation of claims
- Research and resolve contract inquiries or issues as well as invoice/claim disputes
- Serve as liaison to Accounts Payable on contractual payments and assist in the preparation of remittance detail
- Maintain customer rosters; Communicate roster and pricing updates to stakeholders within agreed upon timelines
- Communicate updates to and remain aligned with Data Team, ensuring company master data is reflective of contracting activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Operations, Account Management and Field Teams
- Understand evolving business needs will occur and accept additional responsibilities and assignments when warranted
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- 2+ years of contract administration and invoice/claim adjudication experience within the bio-pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Ability to highlight attention areas to Management
- Motivated by team environment and personal commitment. Embodies a high level of integrity and exceptional work ethic
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and understanding of how such detail aligns to overall objectives
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
