Title: Enterprise Systems Engineer

Role

The Enterprise Systems Engineer will be responsible for technical hands-on configuration and development of business applications for the Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Logistics, and Commercial teams. Given the growing and evolving nature of TGTX, this position will support various projects and initiatives that support these enterprise teams, occasionally interfacing with business units to better understand their needs or requirements. This position will report to the Director, Enterprise Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical solution implementation, hands-on for complex systems especially Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Vault, Power Automate, Tableau
Analyze or advise on customizations, improving code for the Commercial team as well as other business units.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Meaningfully estimate time needed to complete projects.
Understand technology requirements to successfully implement projects.
Evaluate issues posed by vendors or agencies and advise on solutions.
Example Duties:
———-– Salesforce: Update or maintain APEX triggers, debug Salesforce Flows, create custom fields, write formulas or validation rules
———-– Veeva Vault: Create fields, debug Vault Workflows
———-– Tableau: Debug and write calculated fields
———-– MS Power Automate: Write automations between Forms or systems
———-– Ability to write or maintain existing Python scripts for use in Tableau, Snowflake

Professional Experience/Qualifications

At least 5-7 years of developer/configuration/analysis hands on experience (biotech/pharma preferred)
Prior configuration experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault – 3-5 years +
Power Automate – 3-5 years +
Experience with implementation, development, and configuration
SQL, API integration, Vault Workflows, APEX, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell experience preferred.
Hands on connecting data to APIs, debugging vendor issues with tools such as PostMan.
Key Systems: Salesforce CRM (Veeva CRM), Veeva Vault, Power Automate, Tableau
Participation in drug launches, preferred.
Knowledge of other enterprise systems such as SAP nice to have.
Problem solver mindset, willingness to learning new systems. Open to learning new systems and implementing new systems beyond those described above.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR 7 years’ experience and equivalent Salesforce or Veeva Certifications
