The Hematology Consultant (HC) position is responsible for managing the sales and business activities within a defined geographical business territory. Key to this position is the ability to drive sales, leverage customer relationships and impact a variety of customer segments to ensure that these customers have the information they need about TG Therapeutics (TG) products to make informed decisions about patient care. This includes the design and implementation of business plans intended to appropriately increase sales from targeted customers based upon strategic business analysis. These activities will be done compliantly and with integrity.
The successful HC will understand and engage with cross functional teams to drive sales results, including teams in Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations and Medical Affairs. Ideal candidates will have a deep knowledge of customers and accounts within oncology, as well as the local dynamics that influence business in their territory. The individual will report into the Regional Business Director (RBD).
––Accountable for driving territory sales results and ensuring open patient access to TG therapies.
––Develop and execute territory business plans.
––Identify and apply resources to the development of key prescribers/key account drivers within area.
––Engage proactively with key customers and account groups to ensure the promotion of both TG therapies and company image.
––Work cross functionally to support customer needs with respect to TG therapies and build trusted relationships with customers.
––Work collaboratively with their team and RBD to ensure successful launches and/or ongoing appropriate on-label promotion of branded products.
––Engage with their RBD and cross functional partners on the development of programs and activities that will result in increased access to TG therapies for customers.

––Minimum 5-8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
––Minimum 3-5 years oncology experience with hematology and B cell malignancy experience preferred.
––Product marketing, specialty pharmacy, payer and state society experience a plus.
Can travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time (post-pandemic).
