Role

The Director/AD level, Analytics and Insights reports to the Senior Director, Analytics and Insights as a key day-to-day partner with the Marketing, Market Access, and Value, Policy & Advocacy teams. This individual is responsible for building forecast models and ensuring that strategy and tactics are supported by the right insights, data, and metrics. In addition, this individual is expected to be hands on with advanced analytics and identifying key data sources for the same.

Key Responsibilities

Provide input into the technical/strategic direction for the organization’s commercial analytics function

Execute advanced analytics, market research and competitive intelligence to ensure high quality insights and provide recommendations to support key business decisions

Partner and work closely with Senior Leaders/Functional heads to understand their business reporting and analytics/KPI needs

Build and maintain forecast models for pre-launch products and on-market pharmaceuticals including gross-to-nets

Create sustainable tools to enable business analytics and insights for commercial team

Manage data flows across the commercial data environment including data warehousing

Lead market research projects to support the brand strategy, including vendor selection and management, design, execution of market research studies

Translates data into insights to support the commercial teams

Professional Experience/Qualifications

TG Therapeutics is looking for energetic, high-integrity professional who is a team player and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This individual will have the relevant experiences in the job functions described above as well as the requisite expertise in forecasting, analytics, and market research.

Strong analytics, business planning, and market research skills

Is a self-starter who can be a key business partner to the Commercial team and quickly understand how to translate business issues/data gaps into actionable insights and plan generation

Ability to connect multiple insights/data to convey a more complete perspective

Strong communication skills, capable of engagement with senior leadership, and the ability to build trusting and productive working relationships

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy/attention to detail

Ability to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Learning agility and ‘scalability’ to take on increasing responsibility

Ability to operate and execute in a compliant manner in conjunction with legal guidelines and understand the legal and compliance environment

 

Experience and Skills

6+ years of forecasting, data analytics/market research experience in healthcare, biopharma and/or pharma

Proven experience in using secondary data (Rx, lab, claims data, payer, etc.) required

Strong knowledge of healthcare data and advanced data science/quantitative approaches and industry practices

Experience in working with data reporting tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc. required

Experience in Marketing Science/Marketing Analytics role highly preferred

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
