This role will lead advanced analytics projects providing market and competitive insights to support the launch of ublituximab in MS. In addition to running analytics projects, this role will be the expert on TG’s MS related commercial data assets, including de-identified patient claims, EMR data, healthcare provider data and sales data. This role will report directly to the Director, MS Commercial Strategy, Analytics, and Insights.
––Get hands on with data to extract actionable insights from de-identified patient claims, EMR data, healthcare provider data and sales data.
––Design predictive models based on above data sources to optimize resource deployment and fill gaps in disparate data sources.
––Tell stories using data to inform decisions and effectively communicate recommendations to MS Commercialization leadership.
––Leverage data to identify key customer segments and develop algorithms for target HCP prioritization.
––Partner with forecasting to identify data sources and analyses to support forecast assumption development.
––Run ad-hoc analyses as needed to address business critical questions.
––Work closely with colleagues in Market Access, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Sales Operations and Forecasting to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned.
– Serve as the disease area expert and providing support to cross functional team members, including onboarding and review of materials
––Experience working with de-identified patient claims, EMR data, healthcare provider data or pharmaceutical sales data required.
––5+ years of experience in a biotech or pharma setting; relevant experience in consulting focused on pharma analytics also considered.
––Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
––Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn.
––Experience with Tableau preferred.
––Significant experience using SQL, Python, R…etc to mine large data sets.
25% of the time (post-pandemic).
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
BS degree or higher (or equivalent); Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline is preferred.
