Role

The Associate Director / Director, Multiple Sclerosis Patient Marketing, reports directly to the Executive Director of Marketing and holds a critical commercial role. This role will be responsible for supporting the pre-launch product/brand process, coordinate cross functional planning and building plans to execute and maximize both patient benefit and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

Champion company strategy and drive the creation of a long-term readiness plan for product launch and commercialization, including developing and implementing plans aligned with new product planning.

Support brand planning and strategy development

Contribute to development of full commercialization strategy for ublituximab

Develop and implement patient focused pre-launch plans and activities related to go-to market planning, market analytics, primary and secondary market research, data strategy, competitive intelligence, forecast modeling, and customer profiling and mapping.

Assist with development of overall message platform, scenario planning, strategic choice work, label optimization/filing strategies, and other key projects/activities

Support the development of key performance metrics for brand, project, launch and marketing programs aligned with strategy and corporate objectives

Ensure budgets and resources are effectively managed within agreed upon limits and plans are effectively implemented

Build new and leverage existing relationships with patient online leaders and partner with advocacy organizations where applicable

Help to set the strategic vision for multiple brands and will significantly contribute to Company’s overall success.

–           Serve as the disease area expert and providing support to cross functional team members, including onboarding and review of materials

Professional Experience/Qualifications

We are looking for an individual that is highly motivated, solutions oriented and solid team player with the relevant experiences in the functions above.  A track record of success launching brands is highly desirable.  We value someone who has exceptional communication skills and can adapt to challenging and/or changing market conditions across diverse businesses.  An ability to partner and collaborate successfully with other company leaders and customers is also required.

Successful track record of success launching multiple sclerosis brands in competitive markets.

Strong experience in immunology and multiple sclerosis preferred

Demonstrated understanding of all associated relevant legal, compliance and regulatory policies

Consumer tactical execution experience including print, digital and patient educational materials

Knowledge of health literacy principles

Competence in developing, evaluating and activating consumer/patient media plans

Strong collaboration and leadership skills to influence internal and other decision-makers.

Strong communications skills. Capable of engaging senior management and other audiences.

Ability to build, manage, and lead multiple cross-functional partnerships and initiatives simultaneously

This position requires moderate travel (25% – 30%)

Can travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time (post-pandemic).

•           Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree is preferable.
