The Regional Business Director (RBD) position is responsible for directing the business development and sales activities within a defined geographical area. This includes the design and implementation of short-term and long-term business plans intended to increase demand from targeted customers and accounts and to ensure that these customers have the information they need about TG products to make informed decisions about patient care. The successful RBD will engage with cross functional teams to drive strategic imperatives, including teams in Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations and Medical Affairs. Key to this position is the hiring, training and development of the sales representatives within their geography. In addition to hiring top talent, the successful individual will also be able to motivate individuals and lead a team to high performance compliantly and with integrity. Ideal candidates will have a deep knowledge of the oncology market dynamics that influence business in their area, including customers, accounts and payers. The individual will report into the VP, Oncology Sales.
––Review selected performance/trend analysis/key customer data to assess regional and area performance and direct the development and execution of regional business.
––Plan and manage regional budget.
––Hire, direct, develop and manage sales team to meet the needs of customers and drive business.
––Identify and apply appropriate resources to drive on-label utilization by key prescribers/key accounts.
––Foster an inclusive culture grounded in accountability, integrity, teamwork and passion for delivering results.
––Engage proactively with key customers, account groups and state societies to provide awareness of and education about TG Therapeutics products and the company more generally.
––Provide performance analysis and customer insights back to marketing and other cross functional teams to help inform strategy development, prioritization and resource allocation.
––Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and appropriate promotion of and education about TG Therapeutics products.
––Effectively execute team calls and team meetings.
––Work cross functionally to maximize product availability and awareness in key regional accounts.
––Engage with leadership on the development of programs and activities that will result in a positive experience with TG Therapeutics products.
––Follow all TG Policies, Code of Conduct, Mission, Vision and Values, and all applicable laws and government regulations.
––Demonstrated understanding of key customers and account groups within a geography.
––Strong organizational skills to complete assignments on time and on budget.

––Minimum 8-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
––Minimum 4 years hematology oncology experience with B cell malignancy experience preferred.
––Minimum 3-5 years field sales management experience.
––Product marketing, specialty pharmacy, payer and state society experience a plus.
––BA/BS with graduate degree preferred.
