The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Marketing Lead is responsible for providing strategic US plans to shape and build TG’s commercialization strategy and launch plan in MS. This role will also lead the pre-launch product/brand process, coordinate cross functional planning and build tactical plans to execute and maximize both patient benefit and commercial value.
––Lead brand planning and strategy development for full commercialization of ublituximab
––Lead development across partners of pre-launch plans and activities related to go-to market planning, market analytics, primary and secondary market research, data strategy, competitive intelligence, forecast modeling, and customer profiling and mapping.
––Lead overall message platform, scenario planning, strategic choice work, label optimization/filing strategies, and other key projects/activities
––In collaboration with finance partners, build and approve launch and in-line forecast models that support the financial planning, commercial strategy, and supply chain needs
––Support the development of key performance metrics for brand, project, launch and marketing programs aligned with strategy and corporate objectives
––Ensure budgets and resources are effectively managed within agreed upon limits and plans are effectively implemented
––Build new and leverage existing relationships with national medical experts and leverage the insights collected to support launch plan and lifecycle management activities
––Eight to ten years of experience in pharmaceutical Marketing/Market Access Marketing/Sales preferred
––MS experience preferred
––Demonstrated ability to shift focus between strategy, planning, and execution with agility and strict attention to detail
––Demonstrated strong analytical, planning, project management and organizational skills
––Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex and rapidly changing environments
––Proven ability to lead work groups, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate
––Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to effectively communicate across multiple functions and up to executive management levels
––Flexibility and entrepreneurial skills in a growing and ever-changing organization.
––This position requires moderate travel (25% – 30%)
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferable.
