Role

The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Commercial Strategy Analyst, reporting into the VP Commercial Operations, will play a critical role contributing to the organizational plan for commercializing ublituximab in prioritized markets while closely partnering across functions—Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations. We are seeking a “scrappy,” resourceful, high-energy individual able to integrate complex insights and data to support strategy, resource allocation, and execution for high-profile MS launch with best-in-class product profile (i.e., clinical, economic, and patient/provider convenience). The ideal candidate will lead through influence, manage cross-functional project teams, and provide strong collaboration to the broader MS Commercialization team. This is a high impact role that will also offer substantial learning and development opportunities for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the MS Commercialization Leadership team to plan organization resources and capabilities needed to successfully deliver MS opportunity

Provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and execute plans to define MS strategy market drivers, competitive dynamics, and situational assessments

Utilize breadth of tools from desk research, data identification and analysis, market research and customer insights to inform strategic planning and organizational resource deployment

Track and benchmark key players in the MS Market from Biopharmaceutical companies to critical customers, intermediaries, and key stakeholders

Partner with the forecasting team, market access, and marketing to deliver unified insights, market understanding, and launch strategies as well as execution plans.

Develop a MS market research plan which will provide key insights from a customer, brand and marketplace perspective

Lead and manage key projects, timelines, and budget for with the finance department

Support long-term organizational commercial scenario-planning and new product/new indication planning

Conduct global market entry assessments, EU and ex-US market entry strategy, and financial impact/scenarios

Support Launch Excellence and Customer Model evolution planning

Contribute to efforts to define and measure Customer Experience in a meaningful and tangible manner to guide customer engagement and TG actions/investments to ensure strong suite of services and support are in place

Ensure coordination of strategic initiatives to leverage synergies, identify interdependencies, and avoid duplication of efforts

Professional Experience/Qualifications

TG Therapeutics is looking for a seasoned, energetic, high-integrity professional who is a team player and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This individual will have the relevant experiences in the job functions described above as well as the below qualifications and behaviors.

Five to seven years of experience in strategy consulting or pharmaceutical insights/analytics, marketing, or product strategy

MS or Neurology experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to shift focus between strategy, planning, and execution with agility and strict attention to detail

Strong capability and experience integrating complex input to develop a clear, actionable plan and strategic recommendations

Demonstrated strong analytical, planning, project management and organizational skills

Experience contributing to forecasting and modeling preferred

Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex and rapidly changing environments

Proven ability to lead work groups, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to effectively communicate across multiple functions and up to executive management levels

Flexibility and entrepreneurial skills in a growing and ever-changing organization.

This position can either be located in New York City, MetroPark, NJ or Remote

Education

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferable.
