The Project Coordinator role is primarily focused on supporting the TG Commercialization team’s delivery of projects and overall administrative support.  This role requires an individual who can work with minimal supervision, exhibit strong initiative and follow-up, with a focus on details. The candidate must be able to perform highly diverse, time-sensitive, and complex functions, projects, and tasks with confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment.  The candidate should also exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach with team members.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of multiple workstreams initiatives for various Commercialization projects;

Provide general administrative support for the Commercialization team including but not limited to, monthly expenses, travel arrangements, calendar management;

Manage the commercialization contracting process and drive collaboration with the Legal, Compliance and Commercialization teams;

Work with internal teams to define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects as applicable;

Assist in managing consultant/speaker contract process and payment;

Work directly with Budget Coordinator to ensure invoice and spend are accurately captured;

Understand the structure and requirements of the group you are partnering with;

Ability to identify process gaps and provide innovative solutions to resolve;

Adapt to changing demands and responsibilities;

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience a plus;

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role a plus;

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required;

Must possess a basic understanding of the legal and compliance environment as it relates to working with healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry;

Excellent verbal and written skills;

Effective time management, project coordination and organizational skills;

Ability to be flexible and versatile in a changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency;

Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
