Role

This Senior Manager/Associate Director will provide a full range of HR support and build and sustain relationships across all levels of TG Therapeutics.   We are seeking a partner to drive new initiatives, work closely with key stakeholders and support a dynamic and growing biotechnology company.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources this is an exciting opportunity for a high-impact HR role at a fast-paced, results oriented biotechnology company.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to support successful sourcing, recruitment and retention of key targeted talent.

Lead case management of employee related issues including consulting with senior leaders and line management of day to day employee relations.

Respond to sensitive and confidential issues in a timely and objective manner; maintaining awareness of employee issues and recommending solutions.

Monitors federal and state regulations concerning benefits, compensation, and HR policies and practices; work closely with legal to ensure employee compliance.

Collaborate with Leadership and Training Teams to create and execute programs, activities and communications.

Support the annual performance review process with HR and Finance.

Other HR duties and responsibilities, as needed.

Ability to collaborate, multi-task, prioritize and work with highly sensitive projects is a critical component for success.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience, demonstrating growth across HR discipline.

Experience in a commercial pharmaceutical or biotech organization highly preferred.

Strong business acumen, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated flexibility and integrity.

Ability to build trust and partnerships across all functional areas of the organization.

Travel up to 20%.

Education

BA in Business Administration, communications or related discipline.
